Tenant Selection

The management company screens every prospective tenant: credit check, employment verification, rental history review, income-to-rent ratio assessment. In our standard model, the tenant is already in place by the time the investor closes on the purchase.

Rent Collection and Reporting

Rent is collected directly by the management company and deposited into your US bank account. You receive a monthly statement detailing income received and any deductions for expenses.
